Just wiki'd, They went bankrupt, got bought up, passed through

several hands type stuff. So yeah, however one feels about that, it's not really "that" Shoney's anymore, passes through a few lawyers and investment offices and re-branded by folks not associated with the original owners.

Gotta watch that stuff, like the Starter Jacket post a few weeks ago, there's not a Starter Jacket company, just legal rights to the name in some lawyer's office, and some third party clothing manufacturer license the images, produces some products and see if they sell, there's no SJ company headquarters anywhere.
